We are delighted to share we have recently opened a dementia friendly care centre based in the heart of Ponteland.
The service is open Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm. We provide person centred care, refreshments and a home cooked meal. We strive for a home from home atmosphere, where clients can relax and engage in activities they love.
The care provision offers an alternative to home help support. We promote socialisation and provide respite for care givers. Families can relax knowing their loved ones are being cared for in a safe and welcoming environment. All care plans are created to meet individual need and interest.
