About West Community Support Services

Services are designed to maximise independence, reduce loneliness, promote inclusion and provide much needed carer respite.

Support packages are designed and delivered specific to our clients needs and goals.

We currently provide the following services:

• Companionship - in your home or in the community.
• Adult Day Centre (care provision) at Ponteland Memorial Hall.
• Shopping - for you or with you.
• Support to attend appointments.
• Managing correspondence, and support with accessing online services.
• Support to make nutritious meals.
• Support with house work and household tasks.
• Short term support to maximise independence or support following a hospital stay.
• Day trips with transportation and support.
