Community Services

We can support you to get out in the community to complete your shopping tasks. We can collect you from home and support you with the task, and take you home. We can support you with making shopping lists and putting your shopping away.

We will be collaborating with local businesses to make buying local produce accessible and promote community participation. 

We can accompany you to attend any appointments you may have, offering emotional support and transport to and from! This can be apart of your wider care package or adhoc support.

We recognise the need for social support and we are able to provide services in the community, tailored to individual interest and need. Whether it be a browse around the local garden centre, or walk in the park, we are able to collect you from your home and support you to access your local community.

We will soon be offering social groups to support you or your loved one to learn how to use your device and access online services. Please enquire for more information! 

We are offering monthly day trips for our clients at diverse attractions and settings. You will be collected from home and supported during the day. Day trips will give our clients the opportunity to socialise with other clients, have fun and experience something new. Please call us for further information about our next planned trip!
